That run was much harder than I thought it was going to be. I though the swim felt long but it was fast. I rode a steady bike which I mostly rode by RPE but confirmed it with the watts that I was seeing. It is real easy to ride to hard in the beginning and then fall off. You really need to try and ride a bike split where your VI = 1.0. I'll send you my bike file and you can take a look at it.
